How it works

  • Start by telling us what you’d like to consign. Please send through detailed and clear photos, brand name, size and condition, where it was purchased and how much for. As much information on the items, the better!

    If your item is a good fit, we’ll be in touch with next steps.

  • We curate a small, considered collection of designer and premium pieces in excellent condition.

    We look for:

    • Contemporary or timeless vintage styles

    • High quality fabrics and construction

    • Well cared for items, freshly cleaned and ready to wear

    • No faults - eg: mission buttons, slight pulls in fabric, etc.

    If your item is accepted, we’ll discuss exact sale and consign pricing with you before it goes live.

    If your item is accepted, we’ll confirm pricing and estimated sale range with you before it goes live.

  • Once approved, we offer local pick up in Canberra or surrounding regions or you are welcome to post your items directly to our parcel locker.

    We photograph, style and list your piece on the Mesaío store, promote it through our channels and manage all customer enquiries.

    When your item sells, you’ll receive your agreed percentage.

    Unsold items can be discussed for a price reduction or returned to you at the end of the consignment period.

  • Yes. We accept consignments from across Australia. If you’re not local to Canberra, items can be sent to us via post or we provide local pick up within Canberra and surrounding regions.

  • We ship Australia wide. If you have a specific delivery enquiry, please contact us and we’ll confirm the details.

  • Payments are processed within 5 business days of your item selling. We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • For our clients' ease, we don’t work from a strict designer list. We consign premium quality designer pieces, modern or vintage. As a guide, designers such as Zimmermann through to Chanel align with our curation.

  • All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty or not as described. Please choose with care as all sales are final.

  • All items must remain exclusively listed with Mesaío only.
