Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if an item is deemed faulty.
If you believe an item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the item in the exact condition received, with proof of purchase.

We provide detailed descriptions and imagery to ensure buyers can make informed decisions prior to purchase.
Consignment Terms
Consignors agree to a minimum two month listing period once an item is accepted by Mesaío.
Items must not be listed elsewhere while in Mesaío’s possession.
Payment to consignors is processed within 10 business days of the item selling online.
Pricing is set by Mesaío in consultation with the consignor prior to listing.
Mesaío does not accept counterfeit items under any circumstances. All items are assessed prior to listing.
