Welcome to Mesaío. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store ('Store'). By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law ('ACL') as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or guarantees you have under the ACL.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order through our Store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a processing email from us confirming that your order is being prepared for dispatch.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our Store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

4.3 Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.

4.4 Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment processed, orders cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind. If you have changed your mind about a product, please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy in Section 6.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Timeframes may vary depending on your location, product size, and circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier delays or public holidays). Typical estimated timeframes are:

  • Metro areas: 3–7 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote areas: up to 14 business days

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are either a set regulated price or calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

5.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

5.5 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by you, or because no one was available to receive the delivery, additional fees may apply for redelivery. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from an incorrect delivery address being provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns Policy

Products may only be returned if they are deemed faulty upon arrival. To be eligible for a return, the faulty item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

6.2 No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you will not be entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

6.3 Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and, where the product has a major fault, offer you a refund. We will cover all reasonable return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

6.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
