Diamond tested, 9ct Gold gem stone ring.
The centre stone is a large oval-cut red gemstone with a rich, vivid crimson colour. It appears quite substantial in size, possibly 8–12 carats.
The setting is a classic halo style, with a single row of round brilliant-cut diamonds surrounding the centre stone in a starburst/sunburst arrangement. The diamonds set in white gold. Centre gem stone uncomfirmed.
